Macworld Conference & Expo

  • Tradeshow with conference tracks dedicated to the Apple Macintosh platform

  • Apple announced that the 2009 Macworld Conference & Expo would be the last in which the company participates

      Time Capsule device for use with the Time Machine application in Mac OS X v10.5, "Leopard", iPod Touch updates
      2009
       iLife '09, iWork '09, and the new 17-inch unibody MacBook Pro with built-in battery,
       iTunes would begin to sell all music DRM-free

  • Viewed as the European counterpart to MacWorld Expo

  • Canceled in 2008
  • Apple said it would not participate in the Paris expo at all, saying it would be participating in fewer trade shows.
